EQCO Real Estate was founded in 2006 by brother and sister power team Ellen Quach and Edward Quach. We have been serving Maryland, Virginia and DC for residential and commercial sales and leases.
Our mission is to always put our client's best interest first. We put ourselves in our client's shoes and offer our honest guidance even if may mean we don't get the sale.
Our integrity along with our work ethic has propelled us to be one of the top producing agents in the area. More than 98% of our business is through referrals from satisfied clients.
Our areas of focus has been in Montgomery County, Maryland and Washington, DC. However, we are currently expanding our team and have a growing presence in Fairfax and Loudoun County, VA.
